At this point in your life, you should focus on getting enough nutrients, not losing weight. However, now is as good a time as ever to keep an eye on your weight and make sure you aren't taking in too much.
Worrying about dieting now, however, can be hugely detrimental to your body. Just focus on getting complex carbs, healthy fats, and lean protein into your body to help build a lasting body.
At this point in your life, you will burn about the most calories as you ever will, and restricting now could mean that you will burn less for the rest of your life.
Exercise is also hugely important. Do not worry about losing weigh, think about building muscle so that your body will naturally regulate its weight. Food should be thought of as building blocks for a healthy life, not as a negative aspect that needs to be worked off or anything.
WATER! Drinks lots of water. It will be hard at the beginning, but you should adjust very quickly. Try running every other morning, or nights (you probably have school) Also do sit-ups. Try doing sets of them instead of all at once. Since your young it should not be hard to involve exercise into your schedule. Play basketball or try out for the cheer leading team. These sports will get u in shape in no time! Water and exercise are the most important factor of losing weight. A word of advice, stay off of the scale...it can ruin your hope and esteem for weight lost! Good luck!
you should drink 8 glasses of water a day and i learned that you could lose a lot of weight by doing a sport such as lacrosse. My uncle lost 20 pounds coaching that sport.
