Why do I eat alot and my friend eats nothing and we are the same size?
Question:
Why is this?
Answers:
You have a much higher metabolism than she does. Genetics play a role as well.
You must have a faster metabolism than your friend. Faster metabolism = more calories burned.
It sounds like you have a high metabolism. Lucky, lucky, lucky you. I am a 6/8 and have to starve to keep it that way.
its genes and no two ppl are exactly alike, im 6'3 and 15
peoples body types and metabolism levels are different
your must have a high metabolism. that means you can eat a lot and not gain any weight. it will go away after time probably so make sure you try to cut back on eating so much. for now your really lucky.
Check your body fat percentages. Hers is probably low, so she has a higher metabolism from the exercise, and loses heat easily. But eating small does not fit.
You have more bodyfat so are warm. But your body is fighting it, so it overheats in trying to get rid of the excess calories rather than store it.
maybe your body gives out enzymes that make you digest food fast or maybe you walk a lot and do sports more than them
Perhaps you have Thyroid disease. And you should see a doctor and get tested.
Your friend's condition sounds normal, but yours doesn't.
Your condition sounds like hyperthyroidism. And hyperthyroidism can cause many other health problems besides higher metabolic rate and feeling hot.
its because ur different. no 1 is the same, ur body can take more food and not put on as much weight!! ur friend isnt the same, she puts on weight easily so she watches her weight more than u need 2!! my friend eats and eats and eats and she cant put any weight on, i as kind of the same, but if i eat like loads and loads everyday and doubled my intake i am meant 2, then i probably would put on weight!
