Diet and Exercise question?
Question:
How do I -
1. tone and firm my thighs and arms
2. tone and firm my saggy belly
3. lose the love handles
4. lose another 3-5 kg
I am already on a salad/soup/no carbo diet. Seems to have plateaued now after losing about 10kg. Thanks all.

You know I've learned that just diet alone won't work and exercise alone won't work, no matter how hard you work out, so the combination of the two does the trick. Anyway, 3-5 days a week of some serious cardio (running, walking on an incline, stairs, cycling), then add 2-4 days or more of weights. Cycling did wonders for my thick legs, which are more shapely than ever now, and squats/lunges (adding weights while you do these). There are some great machines at the gym and other exercises I've learned taking classes at my gym that have helped my belly (I have 4 kids) and my love handles! I've gone from a 37 inch waist to a 29 inch waist and still losing! The biggest key is consistency. It's a long process losing weight the right way but it's possible and you'll keep it off and feel great! Good Luck! One more thing, it's not about weight, it's about the size and inches, I have a friend who is 15 lbs. lighter than me and she is the same size as I am...so go by size!
