You can, but that is not the healthy way. Losing weight means you do excercise, but also eating right. If you don't want to excercise, I would just suggest you eat 5-6 small meals throughout the day. Keep that metabolism up!

Sorry. There are all sorts of things which can be done as exercise in your own home. You don't need expensive gym equipment or memberships to gyms. Up and down the stairs. Dance mat on the PlayStation. hoovering(sorry vacuuming) mowing the lawn.etc etc.
