Anyone on meridia (reductil) ? what happened to you?

I'm on meridia 15mg at the moment (2nd week) actually finding it difficult to eat, lost 9 pounds already...too fast really but I'm sure a few pounds will be water weight.

The only side effect I've had are felling a little 'spaced' out and insomnia, managed 4 hours sleep a night maximum so far.

I took it, nothing special. When I was on it, slightly less apetitie. When I forgot to take it, I turned into a hungry monster. I couldnt believe I was eating so much, like way more then before I used the product, kinda crazy.

But anyways, didnt affect my blood pressure or anything. Didnt make me jittery, etc. But I'm young, so maybe thats why.


I think you need to consider this before you use anything. Its not about getting the weight off, anyone can do that. Its about keeping it off. You cant take meridia forever, keep that in mind. What it all comes down to is your diet and exercise, because if you want to keep the weight off, you need to have a clean diet and exercise 4x a week or so.

I think you should start losing weight naturally, and when you cant lose anymore naturally, use something like meridia.
