10 - 15 lbs in a month?


Question:
If I eat healthy no more than 1200 calories a day, drink only water, speed/power walk for an hour a day, work on my abs and legs and lift weights could i lose 10 - 15lbs in one month? If i'm 5'2 and 119 lbs?

try to cut sugar,,, and well if you want a chocolate because you need it better take one then go in one box after the month...
