Whats the best kind of place to eat out at if u follow a very close organic diet?

Question:

I need to follow a close healthy diet in order to control my acne (im 25 and still get bothered by it!) Its usually just in the forehead and my health practitioner told me that from ur liver being overtoxified. Its hard trying to eat out healthy now a days but im trying to also live a normal life and go out to eat with my girlfriend and friends. Any suggestions on good places that dont particularly use hygrogenated oils and stuff? I live in Ma. as well. Thanks
