16 years old, 6'3-6'4ish, 325 pounds?


Question:
Okay, so I have a friednd(who does not have yahoo anwsers) and he is 16 year's old,weighs 325 pounds and is around 6'3-6'4. What would be some good tip's on how he can loose weight? Like what should he drink? (a list of drink's please). And very important what are good food's ( a list of food's to please). And finally, what are some good exercise's that he can do as well.(a name of the exercise's and how often he should do them please). He is looking to loose around 30 pound's, and I think he said before thanksgiving. But I guss the main thing is that he looses the weight, no matter how long it takes :) . I really want to help him, so thankyou for all of your help. :)

Your friend should see a doctor before embarking on an exercise program especially if he's that big. Head to toe exam. If he's that big diabetes and hypertension "may" or "may not" be a concern. I wish your friend the best of luck in loosing weight. Be smart!

make him drink A LOT of water, like have him have a big glass of water before every meal and have him EXERCISE!
Some things he can cut out of his diet is fatty things such as french fries, cake, cookies, chips, ice cream, etc. I am also 16 so I know how much we like these things, and it may be hard, it might now. Instead of those desserts he can have the sugar free fudgepops and creamsicles, sugar free jell-o with whipped cream, or fruit. Cut back on portion sizes, I didn't realize until I went on my diet how big my portion sizes really were.

For drinks water is best, I try to limit myself to no more than one cup of diet soda a day - never have regular soda... it is wicked bad for you! One thing that I love, not sure if he will, if Crystal like and other sugar free powders that go into water. There's pink lemonade, lemonade, fruit punch for crystal light and my mom buys this grape stuff that's even healthier than the crystal light stuff that's really good.

Like I said before fruit is good, veggies are also, and chicken and turkey breast is really good - the worst part you can have, however, if the skin even though it tastes the best (in my opinion)

To stay off he could take a 10 minute walk a day, then go to 20 min, 30 min, etc. up to about an hour. That would work pretty well... just don't have him go straight into the hour - I learned that the hard way a couple times. I got into so much pain after 3 days I couldn't walk for a week.

on what to drink, he should stop drinking drinks like sodas, juices, etc. and start drinking a lot of water. Water helps dilute fat and make it easier to burn off. he should start drinking lowfat or skim milk also. for eating, he should start eating foods with a lot of protein for muscle and to assist in weight loss. his fats should be controlled also. he can eat around 5-6 time a day with small meals. have him eat alot of fruits and vegetables. they have fiber and will fill him up longer. for exercise, he should start doing some cardio, like running/jogging, swimming, aerobic, bicycling, or even dancing. he can do this about 4 times a week for 30 minutes a day. he should also start lfting weights. this will give him extra muscle and help him burn off fat much longer. this can be done around 2-3 times a week. he can do any exercise with 3 sets of 10-15 reps a piece. if he is able to do all of this with no cheating, he can expect to see results in a few weeks time. you can try working out with him to get him motivated also. hope this helps.
Good Tips for losing weight.
With him only being sixteen years old just get him out of the damn house. That is all that it takes, make him get outside and do things. Secondly just try to convince him to attempt to watch what he eats. You asked what he should drink...water lots and lots of water nothing else.
