If I eat as per my BMR but burn enough afterwards can there still be a significant calorie deficit?

Question:

Answers:
Yes there can be a calorie deficit; however your body is very intelligent and will realize that you are trying to starve it. So it will compensate by slowing down your metabolism. Just eat healthy, but don't starve yourself. Listen to your body. When you do that, your body won't rebel against you and will keep humming. Also if you listen to your body, you will naturally eat less some days and eat more on others. This behavior will naturally maintain your weight.
