Well, no one really knows how much weight you will lose but my sister wants to lost 15 pounds and she stopped eating junk food and eats only Cheerios for breakfast, eats yogurt and toast with butter for a snack and for dinner, she usually eats something with really little calories. it would take about a month and a few days to lose 10-15 pounds. You should also excersice A LOT to lose pounds more quickly. Go for a jog each day or whenever you can. And do not starve yourself!
sounds like a good plan. but remeber not to starve yourself... also if you actually want to go on a diet, south beach diet is great, but makesure you read the book.
To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.
