What should i be eating?

Question:
ive heard that for teens...6 small meals a day is the best way to go...is this true?
I'm 17 weight 100 pnds and have been having some health probs and going to drs..
i have started working out..jogging and using the machines
but as far as eating im a little lost?

Answers:
Try snacking on fruits and raw vegtables.
6 small meals is ok, but you are already small so I don't see a need for much weight loss.
Instead, just eat healthy. Substitute high fat foods for low fats. Cut out fast food or just eat it once a week or once every two weeks.
Drink atleast 2 glasses of water each day.
Stay away from salt or high salt foods.
Wow you are small why are you trying to lose weight. If you are eating to be healthy, you could eat every three hours, that's what worked for me!!
i think 6 small meals aday is write instead of big 3 meals a day, eat regular but in small amounts, u arent meant to near get hungry apparently, im tryin to lose weight and i am cuttin out the snacks and just eatin 3/4 meals a day, small meals aswell, also i do exercises everyday and run for 1/2 a hour most nites, hopefully ill be slimming down soon!!!!!!
