Disagreement with what I should weigh between my parents, what do you think?
Question:
Answers:
I think you should choose the weight that's healthy for you, don't try to please your mom and end up being unhappy, if you feel that being 130 - 140lbs is healthy for YOU, then that's what you should strive for, your mom shouldn't force you to lose that much weight.
my mom is totally different, she is trying to get me fatter, im 5'6 and weight 112 pounds!! i want to be slimmer and wen eva i say so she gives me loads of compliments on how slim i am and then like makes sure i eat food, its so annoying!
I think that you parents are not experts on weight! Young people's weight tends to flex because of growth and hormones! You should see a nutritionist for a realistic view of things! The doctor always knows best, and will help you to be healthy witch is way more important than being thin!
You shouldn't have to be a certain "weight." Your weight totally depends on your bone structure, muscles, and so many other things.
If you feel comfortable at 130-140 then you should maintain at that weight. Don't lose weight just to please your mom.
As long as you are eating healthy and exercising, you should not have to worry about being 120...
if you think 130-140 is fine then its fine. its your body. your health.
