Please judge/scrutinize what I eat throughout the day at my office job?
Question:
"Snack" - half of my cut up fruit and low-fat yogurt (I usually bring 1 orange, 1 apple and some grapes)
Lunch - 1/2 whole grain bagel with peanut butter, 2 celery sticks, baby carrots and/or snap peas (if I choose to bring dip, it's usually "calorie-wise low-fat ranch" @ 35 cals per tablespoon
"Snack" - other half of my fruit mixture and low-fat yogurt and either a low-cal granola bar or the other half of the whole grain bagel and/or left over lunch vegetables
Supper (home) - whatever my family makes (which I don't really have control over so I try to take extra caution throughout the day)
*Note that the whole grain bagel is often replaced with a tuna or egg salad sandwhich on brown bread, or sandwhich meat sometimes, ect.
I usually have some kind of snack in the night, how heavy it is and what it is usually depends on if I've worked out that day or not.
Answers:
wow you have a really healthy diet i dont think there is anything i could criticize but maybe the tuna because lately i've heard about tuna having really high merciry levels, you could also maybe talk to your family and tell them about some healthy dinners that your whole family could enjoy to get some you could probaly find some online or buy a low calorie cook book
