Has anyone tried the sure slim diet?

I asked a question similar to this about 4 months ago and received no response. The reason is that most people on here who answer do not try any of these diet plans or pills because most of them do not work and the ones that do work only do so for a certain period of time.
Your body adapts to everything you do. If you eat corn flakes, chicken and broccoli, and then pasta every day while burning 800 calories by running every single day. You may lose 3lbs a week for a few weeks, then it will go to 2lbs and finally in 3-4 weeks you will no longer lose weight. Why? Because your body is used to your level of energy input and expenditure and makes efficient use of it. If it did not do this, it would continue to lose weight and you would die. (we dont want that)
What I recommend to all of my family, friends and co-workers is simple and cost-effective. A lifetsyle change. Change your lifestyle by being more active, getting out more, driving less, doing cardio, weight training, biking, hiking, watever it takes. Be more active all the while eating better. Do research, learn your body. See what is good for you and what is bad.
Education is the key. Stay away from these diets, they are very expensive (some cost $30+ a day) and they can totally ruin your outlook on life. Go out buy a few good cook books, some fresh healthy ingredients, some lean meat (chicken, turkey), and a gym membership or a set of dumbells and a bicycle and you have started the journey to living better and being healthier.
