Weird body! eeew?


Question:
I am a teenager and I have a skinny upper body, but my lower body (tummy, thighs, buttocks) are large! I want to balance out how I look. What do I do?

Answers:
This is what they called 'pear-shaped' body. It is hard to make the lower body slimmer but you can try to do some wt lifting to make the upper bigger - if balancing is the only thing matters to you.

ok well lie on your side liek when you sleep, then lift the outer leg up to a almost 90 degree angle, it will start off hard but then later on you will be able to do alot
you should try joining a gym. when you sign up, they usually give you a free personal training session. they should be able to help you to help yourself. you can't really spot reduce fat, as in lose fat in just one place. try getting a balanced diet and workout.
