Why is store juice bad, but homemade juice good?

Question:
Why is it that many people encourage juicing at home while discouraging the consumption of store bought juice?

There are many natural juices on the market, so what's the deal?

Answers:
In actual fact, neither juice is all that good for you. You are better off to eat fruit as both types of juice have too much sugar in them. When you juice fruit you remove all the fibre and leave only the juice, thus increasing the sugar content.
milk is better!
I think the main issue is preservatives. In order to keep a juice from going bad, they have to add something to it to keep it okay to drink. Refined sugars are something else to watch out for too.
big juice companies and such add in a lot of things that are unhealthy for your body, and they add in a lot of extra sugar, whereas when you make it yourself, it has no extra ingredients, its all natural.
Drink water!!
Most storebought juices contain a crazy amount of sugar in them, along with other preservatives so they can have an extended shelf life. Drink water, and eat fruit.
Preservatives. Regardless on whether the juice is 100 percent natural, it will still contain preservatives which is why it keeps its color and its freshness for the period it keeps.
The added sugar and perservatives in store bought. In homemade juice, you don't need to ad any of it.
Preservatives, artificial colourings and 15% natural juices.
Preservatives and food dye are bad for you.
The pasteurization process that store bought juices have to go through for food safety ends up killing a lot of the nutrients in the juice. Making it fresh at home and drinking it right away guarantees you get the most nutrients.
Boxed juices are bad because manufacturers use preservatives to extend the expiration date. Preservatives are also chemicals which are probably not good for human bodies. Now homemade juice is natural and organic and you do not have to worry about harmful chemicals entering your body.
The common reason is because you know exactly what is in your juice.
Store juice is just fine as long as you look for 100% juice (and it's not as easy to find as you might think). Most juices you get in the store are only about 10% fruit juice and contain a lot of added sugar.
It's because the one made at home is fresh ... while the one at stores is older and usually there are industrial substances used to conserve the juice .. so it contains some chemical stuff
home made juice is better you know what's in it and you made it by your self. from the store too much either sodium or high calories and fat and you don't even know how they made it.
cause the store juice contains preservatives which can be harmfull for some people..but the homemade juice is fresh and nice no preservative no stupid chemical substances..
The processed juices have been heated to pasteurize them. This heat destroys a lot of the vitamin content, also there's the chance of added sugars.

When you juice at home the juice has been progressed cold, this preserves vitamins. You also know exactly what went in it.
It doesn't matter what a natural juice says it has and has not. There is no better juice than the one you make at home. When you make it, you know what is in it and what is not in it. Lots of chemicals are put into juices named as all natural or 100% fruit juice. These chemicals are named as "natural" flavors. If the flavors are natural why can't they name exactly what it is on the label?
Because unless it is stated on the label what amount and what kind of juice the bottle contains, "100 % juice" means nothing. There's a special method of stripping the flavors out of mild juices like apple and grape that basically turns the juice into flavorless sugar water. The company can then truthfully claim that the product is "100 % juice" when really all it is is flavored sugar water. Some juices aren't like that (Naked brand, for example), but generally, homemade juices are better because then they really are real fruit juice.
Maybe because of the presevetives their putting in the store juice to keep it more longer even though they said its a 100% juice still they have to put preservative to preserve its freshness.,unlike the homemade juice your assurance is 100% pure and no preservatives added.
You don't know the quality of fruit that goes into store-bought juices.

More, though, I think it is a factor of having sugar and preservatives added to the store-bought juices. When you make your own juices at home, you do not add anything to it, so you know it is fresh and pure.

If you do not have the time to make your own juices, just choose a reputable brand or do some research to determine which companies actually follow through with their "freshest fruit" and "no sugar added" claims.
most people juicing at home make their own concoctions with the fruits and/or vegetables of their preference. you can get added nutrients from juicing at home as skins can add extra vitamins and it's always fresh as you go. juices found in stores are limited in their varieties. store brands also contain additives. salts, sugars, food colorings, additives to maintain food colorings and preservatives to extend shelf life that you wouldn't have or need in the juices that are freshly home-made. also you know what you're putting in is what you're getting... 100% undiluted juice instead of the 10-15% some brands contain. read the label of ingredients on the back of the package and you'll know what they're including in detail.
