How many calories would i burn doing 1 hours exercise including running, jogging, sit-ups etc?

well i go on the cross trainer for 20mins and burn 250 calories and go on the bike for 15mins and burn about 100. it depends how much parts of the body you work at the same time and the intensity x

How long is a piece of string? it depends on too many variables, what your metabolism is, how many sit-ups you do in the time compered with the jogging or other exercises in the time you do this. Do you jog hard and fast or slowish, bring legs up high for extra burn?? The main thing is you exercising and as long as you eat well too its good for your body and mind. I wish you well.
