How much exercise do you do daily..?

i run every morning for at least 30 minutes, and pushups whenever i remember. so like 20-30 whenever i think about it. eek. i should make it into a habit. but yup haha thats it x].
about an hour of dance workout & half an hour lifting weights errrrydayy. [= or of jogging, swimming, tennis, walking.
I workout 4 days per week. I weight lift and I lift for a different area each day. I do a mass building technique, which consists of doing 3-4 sets of 6-8 reps. I work my entire body. I'm not one of those male teenagers who focus only on working their chest and/or arms.
I've gained 10 pounds or more in muscle for the past year that I've lifted.
At least 30 minutes of exercise each day which includes situps, pushups and running. If it's raining out...then it's jumprope.
I work out everyday, but it depends on my energy level. sometimes running 5 miles is a breeze, others walking for 20 minutes is all i can manage! good luck=)
I run 20 on the treadmill and do 40 min of high impact aerobics 4 days a week and on the other 3 days i play competitive tennis for 60-90min.
I walk 2.5 miles in the morning and 2.5 miles more in the early evening. Total time is 50-60 minutes. I do this 6 days a week.
I usually rollerblade for about 30 minutes,I also usually ride my bike for 30 minutes-I workout about 1 hour a day-4-5 days a week.
