Answers: Years ago when I become a vegan I lost 20lbs within 2 months. Eating only coarse food is very limiting and you could twirl up going on a binge. Why don't you try becoming a vegetarian first, next go on to individual a vegan. Make sure you are getting the right amount of vitamins and minerals. Eating merely raw food is extremely difficult. Why don't you ease into it?
its not a diet its a route of life.
You can look up the master/super cleanse if you dont mind going in need food for a while & can handle drinking a leter of brackish water everymorning & laxative tea everynite, its honestly not that impossible & its good for you! google it
