its my first day of re-dieting. (( do it all the timee but again day 1))

(ps 16 yo girl and i work 6 hrs a day))

3/4 healthy choice meal 200
3 peanuts 20
15 chips 200=(
3/4 salad 250
2 diet pepsis
and waterr

ill try cutting out the chips but other than that hows it sound?

That's a horrible diet. Take out the chips and diet soda. Add fruits and vegetables. You need 2000-2500 calories a day. When you don't eat much, your body goes into starvation mode and anything you put into your body will be stored as fat. Look at the food pyramid and it will tell you what to eat.
that's way too few calories. you need to have at least 1000 a day and that's without exercise!
You can still lose wieght by only eating 1000 calories at the LEAST. Don't do it!
