running,cruntches,working out your abs help too.working out any muscle in your body helps burn calories,even when your not excersizing your muscles are stil buring calories,to build them up and loose a roll,but please for god's sake and mine,dont look like a female body builder.

I think I tried so many exercises before but nothing works best than Pilates. Buy a CD with the full program and exercise 3 times a week. You will see amazing results on all your body. Best one ever!!
unfortunatly exercises wont get rid of your stomach rolls. you have to lose the fat around your stomach. so your gonna have to lower your calories and do some kind of cardio a few times a week.
It is a complete and total myth that cardio will get rid of stomach fat. I know plenty of people who have done just cardio & no weights & they still have fat. Unfortunately most people are very misinformed about this. Another myth is that you can get rid of stomach fat by just doing ab exercises.
