I need 2 lose 50 pounds.How can do this in less than 2 months?and not hurt myself doing this?

You can't;-{ set a realistic goal.
You don't. You're only supposed to lose 2 pounds per week maximum. That's the recommended weight loss for anyone. Too much weight loss in a short period would make you lose too much nutrients. Also, it can backfire and cause you to gain weight.
Start execising and cut back on calories. You're going to lose more weight the first few months/weeks since you're also going to be losing water weight. Then, weight lose will be gradual. You will also hit a plateau. Don't get discouraged.

watch what you are eating. stop eating fast food. start taking in more fruit after lunch.
start walking more. walk in the morning to start up your metabolism and then walk before you go to sleep. when you go out park far away from the door to pick up more walking.
take in more water. and no no no pop... try to avoid caffiene in general.
go to a gym and do a work out 3-4 times a week
You will see a big difference.
If you are looking for the inches more than the weight get some bands from the store and do some strength/resistance training at home in front of the T.V. it will increase your strength and help take away the fat.

I'm not sure you can loose that much in that little time. But anyways. Eat healthy food, drink plenty of water, and exercise every day for an hour. Limit your cookies to one every 2 days. Go to a bar, dance, and flirt. You could loose up to 3 pounds in one night.
