Chicken is healthy but the fries are not. You could eat salads, steam vegetables, yogurt, nuts. Make sure you eat red meat once in awhile because you need iron from like steak. Bananas are good for you too, in moderation. Fruits are good for you too. Any melon in the summertime, squash, peaches, plums, oranges, apples. but try not to eat too many because the acid could make your stomach upset.
you should only eat chiken or fries or resturan t food once a week and fill your self up with water intul you feel like trowing up every time you tink of eating
chicken and fries? Don't you drink anything? Most people consume for calories from drinking than they do food anyway. Of course it sounds like the biggest problem is that your into "fad" dieting. I was into that once. I can tell you till I'm blue in the face the same thing a famous guy once said, "everything in moderation". Good advice.
Your question is a loaded one with all sorts of factors, such as your medical history, your vitamin/mineral needs, etc. The simplest answer is the old saying "everything in moderation". However, I couldn't be convinced of that until I learned it on my own.
Do what you want, but the "everthing in moderation", combined with the w/o of 20 minutes a day 3 times a week is the only tried and true answer I know of. All "magical" ways carry risks. Some don't manifest themselves until you are 62 wishing you would be 63 but never make it.
I have high cholesterol and am thin as a rail. It's genetic. Eating better and exercising with definitely help. Eat plenty of monounsaturated fats, found in olive oil and avocados. This will help bring up your good cholesterol so even if you can't lower the bad cholesterol, it will help counteract it.
chicken and fries is not a healthy diet. cut the fries. eat the chicken with vegetables and whole grain.
exercise, even walking, will tremendously help.
