To get a flat tummy can i do...?

100 crunches and 110 the next 120..130 and so one will that help?i don't want abs i just want a small tummy.

Yes that will do it,but your abs have five parts to the muscle so to get the best benefit you do side sit ups lay on your side with hands around chest and lift that works your ( obliques) not sure spelling then the other side do crunches for top part of the muscle and legs in the air to pull down into chest for bottom part of the muscle and sit ups for the middle section you'll pro ably end up with a six pack abs but can slow down on them when you get your desired look, Also you can put a weight on your stomach when you do the abs for an extra workout, good luck.

I don't think that will help... doing the crunches will build bulky muscle. I would recomend doing twists. With those, you stand with your feet about shoulder with apart, and just turn at the waist, back and forth. Don't move your hips/knees back and forth, you want it to be your stomach itself moving... Hope this helps.
to get the fat off of your tummy you need to also do some cardio, and not just crunches.
get a personal trainer on your tv his name is Billy Blanks and get some of his videos on abs it really works.
Yes I did 100 crunches a day and that worked to get a flat stomach. Make sure you are consistent and do it everyday and be aware of the foods you eat.
I would do 25 standard
25 cross over
25 knee to knee
and 10 cherry pickers
and 15 six inches

Increase each by 10 reps every week

well that's more of a tined belly for flat I would increase by 5 every 4 days
by doin crunches ur gonna have hard strong abs..it sometimes come with the flat tummy
but if u only want a flat tummy u need to do some cardio excercises which uses up energy n burns the fat around the tummy area like runnnin, skipping, cycling, swimmin, walking for mayb 15 minutes everyday or more..
crunches arnt always the answer.
they hurt your back too!
do a little research on the internet.
you can get those large plastic balls.
if you sit on that while watching tv, eating dinner, on the computer... it takes alot of balance and stomach strenght.
get a work out video.
or join a dance class.
or just do a little dancing around the house while cleaning.
house cleaning alone is a work out.
cut back on junk.
that generally keeps the baby fat there.
lay on your back. on the floor.
and do leg lifts.
better for your back, and i find more affective.
hold your legs just above resting level. lift two feet. and bring down. DONT TOUCH THE FLOOR. see how many you can do.

Removing fat from the stomach is not impossible but it can be difficult. Unfortunately there is nothing known as spot reduction. You have to to work the entire body while also working the core. Long steady (even at a slow pace) distance running might be the best solution.

Abs exercises are affective for strong abs. You can do crunches until your stomach locks up but it will matter very little if your eating is not up to parr. If you want to get a flat tummy it begins with your diet. You need to be cautious of your sugar intake. Also you want to make sure you do a fair amount of cardio to help burn off the body fat.
