Answers:
Here is what you can roughly expect to burn while in the pool depending upon which activity you are involved in for your weight per hour of continuous activity:

Swimming laps, freestyle, fast, vigorous effort - 590
Swimming laps, freestyle, light/moderate effort - 472
Swimming, backstroke, general - 472
Swimming, breaststroke, general - 590
Swimming, butterfly, general - 649
Swimming, leisurely, general - 354
Swimming, sidestroke, general - 472
Swimming, sychronized - 472
Swimming, treading water, fast/vigorous - 590
Swimming, treading water, moderate effort - 236

I hope this helps. =]
you will burn more than 2,000 calories
a lot
you will not burn 2,000 calories !! but probably about 600 .. just depending on how fast you swim !!
am i invited?
About the same amount of calories you wold burn if you were just having a regular party and danced all night...
get a life.and enjoy your party!
haha unless you guys are gonna hold swim racing contests, you wont really burn much more than any other day.
