FOOD
thats probably the hardest part of any diet. but you just have to think about the results when you are about to eat garbage. i cant eat anything out of a bag and drink anything out of a can. also eat 5-6 small HEALTHY meals through out the day. try to eat at least 5 fruits or veggies a day. and eat foods with fiber in them because the help you feel full. i don't know about meats, because im vegetarian but i don't think any of the meat at the fast food places is very healthy. and drink lots and lots of water. especially after you are done exercising.
good luck
eat more fruits and veggies..
With resistance training, there is over-training. Diet is more important than exercise in losing weight.
There are more diets than ever and more people dieting than ever and yet we have the fattest society ever. So a lot of these ideas about losing weight, make you fatter. Cutting calories, carbs and fats can cause you to have a weight problem for life.
It is better to eat differently. See site below and learn why meat and non-fat yogurt are so fattening. Also salt has no calories but makes you fat.

Believe it or not, there is a such thing as working out too much. Without knowing exactly what your routine is i cant say if you are or not. In general you should do weight training 2-3x/wk and cardio 3-5x/wk. To help with weight loss, you HAVE to get your eating habits under control. Try eating more often, not more food, but more often. Idealy you'd eat every 3 hours or so. Most people have a fairly good idea of whats healthy and what isnt. Try to limit your fast food, fried food, and sugar intake. And increase your water if you are not already drinking a good amount.
Just eat only complex carbs, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
Do brisk walking. They are great for burning body and tummy fats.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.
Details such as my experience, meals, recipes, walking as an exercise and to shape the body etc etc, are in my blog.
