How can i lose 5 MORE pounds by august 15th?


Question:
I am 5'5 and about 130 pounds. I'm not overweight since I lost almost 30 pounds since the middle of april. [= now i just want to lose 5 more pounds by august 15th, right before tennis season starts up, dance classes start back up, and school shopping. dance and tennis will keep me in shape but for now i need to lose those last 5 pounds! what can i do to lose them by aug 15?? help!

exercise everyday like jogging around the block
skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.

5 pounds in 10 days the only thing i can think of besides more exercise is take all your clothes off they probably weight that much
