well like you said you drink 2 liters a day so instead of cutting out soda completely try 1 1/2 liters in a day and also do some exercise and gradually work your way down in the amount of soda you drink and increase your exercise. Just remember to take small steps and work up to a higher level.

You can eat whatever you want, as long as you're able to keep to exercise the calories away that you eat. Drinking Soda just makes that harder, but you could still keep it in your diet if you just exercise more.

2 1/2 liters is a LOT of soda. You'll probably lose 5 pounds just cutting it out, if it's not diet soda.

Diet sodas have Splenda in them, which has bleach in it, and is linked with several forms of cancer.
Fruit juices also erode tooth enamel, as well as adding unnecessary sugar to your diet.

i used to drink 2 liters of mtdew a day ( i only sleep 4 hours a night).
Anyways.i only quit cuz the dentist told me too...i had massive holes in my teeth but no cavities.he said any average person would have a cavity in every tooth, but i have genetically thicker/harder teeth. Anyways i also gained weight...i switched to orange juice with pulp...
! glass of OJ has about the same calories as 1 glass of soda, but if you get the pulp...it fills you up.
I'd say don't need to exercise...but find a supplement for the soda.
