How strong and ripped could i get training with swords?

There is no answer to that question, it all depends on your body type.
Sword fighting can give you great speed and flexability. If you use 4-5 lb swords you should also gain some upper arm strength, but I don't think you are going to start looking like Conan the barbarian just training with swords.

You could get very strong not only in your biceps, but also in your triceps, chest, forearms, and thighs (thrusting)
After you can handle that little dagger, go for a real sword. Those old things weighed a lot more than 4-5 pounds. You had to be big if you wanted to survive.
Edged weapons require time and lots or reading and practice and there many types to Steal to train with.
Start of with the Japanese training sword don't remember the name, that you can buy at and Martial Arts supply store. Learn defense first then offense. Don't buy the real thing unless it for decoration, till you can handle the wood without hurting your self. Then you must have some one that has the same interest to practice and train with.

I am an instructor for medieval Italian longsword and I can tell you that you probably won't see much of a result. It is good cardio and you will notice an increase in reaction time if you work with someone else, but they only way to increase muscle mass is to go to the gym.
