I want a 24 inch waist ?
goal: 93-95 lbs
it doesnt concern to me how much time 2 lose that but i'd prefer not longer than 6 months ( i dont want quick fixes) will intake 1,000 calories and little cardio (20 mins 2 days a week and 1 hr 1 day a week )

half your calorie intake, double your exercise and you enjoy my diet, however i don't recommend it
excercise or eat more
