hi! i was wondering if when you were a teenager (or if your a teenger now) if you had a great body? if you did and still do (if you dont still it doesnt matter) keep on reading. i was wondering how you got your musculer skinny body..what foods did you eat and what did u not eat? thats what i would like to know. oh and did guys like you from your body?

Eat healthy foods and good protiens. Exercise.

If you want guys to be attracted to you for you be yourself. The guys that just go for girls with great bodies won't stick around once they get what they want ...so don't waste your time.

As for me... I had a very fast metabolisim as a teen, I walked everywhere and ran a lot as well.

I never had what you would call a great body because I was skinny and small chested compared to most of my friends. I was cute at best.
Try the raw vegetable and fruit diet.
Well, is kind of a hard question.
I had a great body, acually really thin when teen and eat all kind of stuff mostly unhealthy, until 16-18yrs. then probably my metabolism change and gain more weight, I had to star watching my food choices more carefully, but was until after I married and thta I get pregnant that weigh was really a problem. I have been going on diets that help me get a nice body, but if I'm not careful I gain weight fast. I have to say my body have been going for many ups and downs. What have help me most, was Weight Watchers, because is not a diet, is just learning how to choose your food,etc. is more educative and easy to use in real life.
Also working out is very important at least 30 min. a day.
im losing 2 pounds a day i diet work out lift at a gym and go to football practice
