i am a tea drinker and it does have a lot of benefits but if ur lookin at weight loss, its still best if you'll also have a healthy diet and a good exercise regime to maximize its benefits. nway, teas area also graded according to quality. if u want to reap good tea benefits, buy only grade A oolong or wu-long teas from real tea stores. i would suggest tea leaves not the ones in teabags as most of them are of the lowest quality or what we call "dusts" from the good ones. they have this tea they call "dancing tea leaves" these are premium dried, fermented whole leaf teas that expand after a few mins in hot boiling water..they look like their dancing when they swirl n the water. its best to buy it personally in stores than online but if u really plan to buy it online, then before you buy any of these teas in the net i suggest you do some research first. for starters, visit this link: http://www.wulongtea.org/?gclid=copch7gc...
tea is tea. theres no side effect. its just different flavor. i drank it once before in my friend's house. tea is like caffeine, dont drink before you go to bed.
