Need help with diet?


Question:
I'm 15 years old and i only weigh 130 pounds. I'm 5'11 and really skinny. you can see my ribs and bone sin my chest. How could i put on 10-15 pounds so i could maybe cover up my ribs and my chest bone. How many calories should i eat a day?

Start lifiting weights and get more protien into your diet. Soy protien powder is great.
Depends how fast you want to gain weight. Assuming you are an active individual, you probably need about 3000-3500 calories a day in order to gain one pound in a week. So keep that up for a few months and you'll be up to a healthy weight.
you sound like a younger version of me. you have a fast metabolism. eat torts, cake, fudge, you won't gain weight. I didn't. I am still skinny 6' and 145. I'm freakish.
