I have been taking diet pills and energy pills. Why am I gaining weight?

Question:
Zoom (energy pill) Xenadrine NRG (diet)

Answers:
You could also be retaining fluid
Here's a fun fact. The 'diet pill' is more of a placebo than a miracle worker. The before pictures on the commercials and in the advertisements are actually the after pictures vice versa. They pay sexy, fit people to eat and get fat for those things. Id say the reason is you are not exercising enough and not eating well enough. do yourself a favor and throw those pills out and dont waste anymore money.
Probably because you haven't made any lifestyle changes. WIthout lifestyle changes no diet or diet pill is going to a thing for you, You have to commit to a lifestyle change in order to lose weight.
thats because you need to exercise too and eat healthy. You cant just take diet pills and expect to lose weight all of a sudden...give it some time.
You are probably gaining weight because you might be eating a little more. Mentally you think that since you are taking these pills, your eating more might not be effecting your body.
u have 2 much periods or u eat 2 much for example if u you can only eat 3 times a day morning all u want, afternoon a light meal, and at night a light snack
Because diet and energy pills are usually a bunch of poisons and random things thrown together "guaranteed" to help you lose weight.
Try Weight Watchers- they work wonders- and exercise and eat healthier other than taking those diet pills. I strongly think that you should stop.
both of those pills you are taking will do nothing for you. try lipex 2 or lipo6.
