Drop a pants size in 2 weeks?


Question:
Is that too much in 2 weeks? I found the coolest pair of pants today but they are a size 6 and I am a size 7 (or 9?) and they hardly fit, but I got them on. I am currently 130 pounds and 5'4". I want to be 115 pounds... I am going back to school at my old high school and want to look good. I went there a year and a half ago and was 5'3" and 105 pounds. I've put on 30 pounds since then (and just lost 5). I have to go back in... 16 days. How much weight can I safely lose in that time frame? I am going to get some whey protein powder... When I was really thin I had one for breakfast every day with a banana. I've been doing pushups, situps, and other things I don't know the name of every night to help with muscle growth.

My waist is 28" and I really want to get back to 24". Yikes, help!

(Oh... and I don't want to use online programs as I am hardly online... and I do count calories... but I can't really afford big meals so I only buy fruit... that and my fridge doesn't work).

One pant size means a different amount of weight for different people. For one person a size may be a difference of 20 pounds. For another, it may only be 5 pounds. Everyone loses weight differently, and you could lose the weight in your waist, legs or butt. So who knows, it could be possible.
