I want to get back to size 3!?

I'm now at a size 7. I'm thirteen and according to my BMI, I'm an average weight. I miss being able to share clothes with my friends. =[ I want to get back down to a size three or smaller! Anything please? btw: NO DIET PILLS!! I mainly want tips on exercising and eating right. kthnx! =]

Is it better to be healthy or better to share clothes with friends? You're at a normal and healthy weight for your height. Would you want to risk your health and be too thin just for superficial looks? (Hint: the answer should be "no")

If you still want to do girly sharing things with your friends, start a panty club. Every month you put your name and size on a piece of paper and throw it into a hat. You pick out someone's name and buy them a cute pair of panties. This way you're still doing something fun/playful/sexy with your girlfriends and you don't have to worry about starving yourself to fit into someone else's clothes.

EDIT / ADDED : I think its also important to state that in todays size-obsessed culture, underweight is what most people consider "normal" and we (females and males alike) need to make sure that we keep a cool head and remember that we do what is healthy for our bodies. Many of today's Hollywood stars are coked out and vomitting daily to stay that perfect size 0, 1, 2, 3.. and many of today's athelets (who are in peak phsyical condition) are considered overweight and obeses by BMI. If you feel healthy and are healthy then you're doing the right thing and keep on doing it.

Sorry, but if you're at a healthy weight I'm not going to tell you how to lose more. Too many young girls are starving themselves to achieve that "Hollywood" look. Besides, you're only 13. The last thing you should be worrying about is your weight.
you're 13.remember that you still have baby fat. Also, you're body is still growing and won't stop till your 25! The key thing is to be healthy to your proportion. Dependin on your height as well. When I was 13, I was a bit chubby. But now that I'm 25, I'm skinnier than when I was when I was a teen, which is fine with me! I'm 110 lbs, 5'3, size 2 or 4 sometimes. However, if I got any thinner, I'd be skin and bones.
Just do everything in moderation, eat 5 small meals a day, more protein, less carbs. In regards to excercise, just stay active, on the go, speeding up your metabolism.

To lose some weight you must go on a low fat diet, no suagr or sweets, maybe once in a while, but not everyday. then you must exercise daily, cardio.
