Strength training once a week?

Will I still get results if I tone my thighs one a week?

Answers:
Not at all.

Every other day for lower body. Alternate days for upper body.

Daily for abs and cardio.
Very little, if any. You need to do it at least 3 times a week. Better if every other day.
Break your body down to 3 groups upper body (neck, shoulders, arms, chest and back) trunk (stomach, waist, buttocks) Lower body (thighs and calves). Rotate day by day through them. Give your body time to rebuild after your exercise session. Don't forget your cardiovascular.
