Are the minerals and vitamins in Mineral Water Inorganic?

Question:
Are the minerals and vitamins in Mineral Water Inorganic?

I've heard that the minerals are inorganic, and is not suitable for the body. Is this true?

Answers:
By definition all vitamins and minerals with the exception of carbon are inorganic. The term "organic" simply means "with carbon" which means that a charcoal briquette is organic but I wouldn't recommend eating one. This word however has been co-opted by the hippies to now mean "natural" or "without chemicals". This is of course a misnomer as the so called "organic" pesticides they use are chemically the same as the ones made in the lab and can be just as dangerous. That is of course another story all together and has nothing to do with the idea at hand.

Having said all that, whoever told you these weren't suitable for your body was full of it. They pull a lot of pseudo-science out of their butts but there is no credible information there. If it's listed as having 10% of a certain mineral, you're taking in 10% of that mineral. So drink up.
