Is cranberry COCKTAIL bad or healthy to the body?

Question:
I'm drinking this:

http://www.presidentschoice.ca/foodandre...

It's on the PC Blue Menu and it says it has vitamin C and all that... However, I'm starting to doubt the healthiness of this drink because it's a cocktail, it has sucralose in it, and I'm pretty sure it's from concentrate. I really need to start drinking/eating healthy so I want to know if this drink does more harm than good.

Answers:
It's not bad for you, but is certainly full of sugar. If you are trying to watch your sugar intake and carb intake, this is not helping you. It has plenty of natural sugar from all the grape juice( the main ingredient) and apple juice.

Look for an alternative if you are looking for a healthful beverage.
Any alcoholic beverage should be taken very seldom---no alcoholic drink is healthy. The alcohol coverts to sugar---besides the juice sugar. And a much high calorie count than maybe a light beer.
It is very good and good for the kidneys and bladder as well. when i get uti they tell me to drinks lots of cranberry juice so i do and with the benefits my uti goes away alot sooner. drink up and enjoy...
