Push Up Help.?
Question:
I can do around 100 in a go and just find it boring and time consuming with no gain.
Can any one give me ideas that will help make them a lot harder?

every thing on the first guys list, also I take an old backpack and fill it with bricks and put it on my chest(make sure u tighten the straps so that it is stable). Remember that the closer your hands are together the more your triceps get worked, the farther apart they are, the more your chest gets worked. Also try doing them on finger tips, this will work below the elbow which is tricky to do
Harder pushups:
-Hands closer together
-Hands in triangle formation
-Jumping and clapping while doing pushups
-Legs on sofa or bench
-Have a small child sit on your back
To be honest, if worst comes to worst and you are sick of them.. and they are no longer beneficial to you, I would recommend a weight lifting routine. Step it up a notch.
Place your ego on your back.
get a swiss ball and do pushups with either your hands on the ball, or with your feet on the ball.
get different size medicine balls and put them under your hands at different 'heights' or distances from your core. idea is you dont want a symmetric load
