I want to gain 5 lbs in two weeks. How?

Question:
How can I gain 5 lbs in two weeks. I am a 15 year old male, 5'8 and 135 lbs. I lift weights a lot and I am pretty built I just need to pack on a few more pounds.

Answers:
5'8" and 135 pounds requires no extra weight. Stick with what you have. First you put on 5 pounds and then another 5 and then it's 10 and pretty soon you're still 5'8" but 235 and the girls avoid you because you're fat.

At your age, I was 140 on 5'10" and now I wish I had stayed there because the extra 50 is not coming off without some radical reduction in food intact. I've already pumped the exercise level as high as my lifestyle will allow. I have a sedentary job but it is 14 hours a day and 6 days a week with no options to increase activity.
packing on pounds? eat lots of cake, pie and ice cream.
that should do the trick.
cheese cake!! lots of it!!

Or a steady diet of McDonalds for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

It is likely though that you aren't gaining weight because of your metabolism, meaning that no sooner do you stop eating to gain weight and go back to your regular diet, you'll start to lose weight again. Best of luck to you...
Weight gain product.
just take some weight gain pills that are available at a drugstore
eat lots of protein that will help gain muscle i think

dont eat sweets it will make you gain fat.
eat pasta and pizza every single night nd then go to bed. guaranteed ;)
Everything listed above will make you gain weight, but if you want to do it the healthy way, the key is to up your protein with foods like lean cuts of meat, chicken, etc. and work out more doing things like strength training. You will gain muscle mass rather than fat, which weighs more than fat anyway. If you just gain fat, you'll have a 'flabby' body, wheras you could have a healthy, fit, muscular build if you gain weight the right way.
