Cant go to the gym anymore -- what to do for excercise??

Well..you can -
-Jog around your block
-Do sit-ups/push ups at home
-If there are any public parks/swimming pools, you can play tennis or swim.
-Jump Rope
There are alot of things you can do without a gym membership! =)

Do circuit training at home:
30 (or whatever half of your max is) push ups
3 minutes of jumping jacks
1/2 your max of squats
3 minutes of fast running in place
2 minutes of planks
3 minutes of high steps
Repeat 5 times
