Weight Watchers is a healthy way to loose weight and you don't have to starve yourself. Good Luck!
One great thing to do is include a lot of corn in your diet. It goes through your body mainly undigested and contributes mainly starch and some natural sugar that you can easily burn off. By eating corn with many of your meals you feel full but are actually reducing your caloric intake.
PS. DON'T FORGET TO EXERCISE!! You will not get good looking without it!

The best diet is the one you'll actually follow. Check out different ones online and choose the one with the foods that are most appealing to you - in other words, if you can't live without carbs, there are plenty of healty, effective diets that include them. Just make sure the diet you choose is well-balanced and not overly-reliant on, say, grapefruit or cabbage soup.
I recommend the book French Women Don't Get Fat by Mireille Guiliano. Set small, reasonable goals and schedule some exercise into your week.
you need to be carefull about your caloric intake but don't just shut the valve off cuz then your body will go into starvation mode and you start hording calories, so try to figure out your resting metabolic rate and then add about 3-500 calories onto that to compensate for activity level then minus about 100 the first week or two then another hundred after that. you will see results in about 2 weeks. if you work out as well
