Low Carb Dieting Tip
Your rate of metabolism dictates how many calories you burn. Heredity, gender, age, body size. diet and nutrition, activity level, and your overall health factor in on determining how high or low your metabolism is. It is normal for metabolism levels to lower as a person ages. Because of this it is important to begin stepping up your exercise routines in your thirties and forties.

Ways to Boost Your Metabolism

Eat Regularly - Eating 5-6 small meals throughout the day will give you energy throughout the day--helping you to burn calories. Whereas, calories eaten during larger meals tend to get stored as fat.
Maintain a Balanced Diet - Not only how often you eat is important, but your food choices are equally as important. Nurture you body with the appropriate balance of protein and carbs.

Eating whole foods rather than processed food gives your digestive system a workout that burns calories. For example: choose an apple over apple juice.
Workout with Weights - Building muscle mass will replace stored fat. As you build muscle tissue your metabolism increases.
Don't Forget Cardio - You need to get that heart rate up and breathe a little heavier. Twenty to thirty minutes of cardiovascular activity 5 days a week is recommended. Brisk walking or swimming are good. Or utilize exercise equipment (exercise bike, treadmill, or elliptical trainer).
turkey and cheese.. well I would go for chicken and salad if you are looking for lunch. You could try joining weight watches or jenny craig if you are really serious. They offer a wide range of foods and advise you on what you want to eat and when. Doesn't matter if you have a good or bad lifestyle they will get you on the right track.
You could go for the supermodel method. Heroin instead of food.
ever tried the cabbage soup diet? You could lose 15lbs in 10 days.

Neyways to get back on subject, you can eat what you want for breakfast just make sure you make your portions smaller everyday, and since yer a girl you should be doing cardio for your excersize.
A waffle with friut on top NO SURUP
a sandwich is fine for breakfast. don't put a lot of mayonnaise on it though. breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper. you should eat more early in the day and less late in the day. make sure you get all your nutrients and plenty of water.
stick to toast in the morning something healthy and medium and cooked for dinner and something like a sandwich and apple or banana for tea, boring things can make you loose weight more than 'exciting' stuff can. oh and drink water or orange/apple juice nothing fizzy
Fresh milk , Bread and eggs plus some ham
It doesn't matter which meal goes where really. The important thing is controlling the calories like you are doing and then later on developing some healthy eating habits which you can find at www.foodpyramid.gov or "The Everything Nutrition Book."
Breakfast is probably the MOST important meal of the day.
You should never skip it.
In fact, studies have shown that those who skip breakfast are more likely to struggle with a weight problem. Calories eaten earlier in the day are more effectively utilized than those consumed late in the day. Eating a good breakfast generally improves the overall diet of a person. Those skipping breakfast are more likely to snack throughout the day.
For me, it's hard to beat hot oatmeal. It may have made you cringe as a kid, but these days there are many tasty low-fat varieties available. Use fat-free or low-fat milk as opposed to water. And even a tiny dollop of brown sugar with a handful of raisins sprinkled in is okay.

see...for losing weight you should not stop eating food...you should have meal three time...and food which don't have calories if you eat calories you should walk same how much you eat calories...in breakfast we all mainly eat sandwhich with butter or fruits etc...
try vegi pizza . pizza 's always been one of my fav breakfast foods ...but most importantly "eat" losing weight might be important but your health is what you gotta remember ;-)
i eat a parfait, it has a lot of things in it, is very healthy...and yummy! heh heh. And depending what glass you put it in, you can choose the size.
First drink a big glass of water. Then one egg over-easy , 2 slices bacon , one piece of toast with lite butter or jelly. coffee will offset the fat in the bacon. than a good brisk walk with lots of water.
whole grain cereal with fruit cut up in it! It will fill you up and keep you full for hours after luch time! You may not even want lunch if you have it is what I mean.
Well breakfast SHOULD be your biggest meal...but I don't know many that can pull it off.Protein will help fill you up and keep you full and your majority of carbs should definately be eaten at lunch and breakfast as they are the first calories burned. Dinner should be protein...like the ever popular chicken breast and broccoli-full of fiber and low in carbs.

Oatmeal is extremely popular for exercise freaks. Very filling very good for you and cheap.

Your turkey sandwich may not be too bad but try it with a really healthy grainy bread and try to stay away from processed lunch meat cause its full of crap.

Good question!
