I have decided to make some big changes in my life, I am going to lose weight, get a real job and buy a?
Question:
I have never felt this confident about anything, I know I can achieve these goals. The the girl in B&Q will ask ME out and i will turn HER down, oh yes.
I am going to join the gym tomorrow or maybe tuesday and I will start my diet on wednesday as I have lots of food already in the flat. I will start looking for a job as soon as I have lost some weight, Yes I have a 3 point plan to get my life in gear and nothing can stop me now.
Well, as long as I dont hear nasty comments about me because that makes me feel really bad and my depression comes on but after reading all your messages of support I know almost everyone is really nice.
Shall I buy some new clothes for the gym? I dont want to look out of place there. I was thinking of buying some large jogging bottoms from Primark and a sweatshirt.
Answers:
I would recommend that you do not turn the girl at B&Q down, as you can take advantage of her staff discount.
Wait until you have completed all your DIY projects, then dump her for a Virgin Atlantic stewardess (to get discounted flights).
DO IT! Don't be a pleb!
good for you
Good for you, if that is want you want to do. Wear something you feel comfortable in, and don't try and do too much at first.
do it!, but wear a tee shirt not sweat shirt, you will sweat like a fat bloke on a trampoline!
You go for it babes it can only make you feel better.
Buy something that is loose and comfortable. That is the rule of thumb for exercise.
Don't buy a sweatshirt for the gym, you'll well you'll sweat.
buy a lightweight t shirt.
Good for you, just wear some like lose shorts and a lose tshirt or something, it doesn't really matter.
Good for you! Don't let the idiots you encounter get you down - they're just avoiding their own problems if they come after you.
Be realistic, don't expect too much too fast, but choose to make this your new lifestyle and you'll be a new person within a year.
Nice to hear you have found some focus - Every passing moment is another opportunity to turn it all around.
Don't waste them all!
Well done you!
To make the diet a bit easier why don't you start off with this one http://www.geocities.com/momandad.geo/di... it's easy only lasts 3 days and you can lose 10 pounds in 3 days, if you do it once a week for 4 weeks you lose 40 pounds. Its safe to do as doctors put large people on it if they need to lose weight before an operation and no excercise is needed. You have to follow the diet exactly so you will need to keep yourself busy to stop temptation. Once you have done it once and seen the weight loss it should give you more motivation to continue. Good luck.
Just thought of something else you could do, get some waterproof leggings and a waterproof lightweight jacket and go for long walks wearing it, you will sweat like bugg3ry.
yeeeeeeea!
do it up !! its never tooo late and you can do it !
and turn that B**** DOWN ! ahaha.
Small changes make the biggest differences.
and im very proud that you have so much motivation man.
You defintly we'll achieve these goals.
Good luck - and don't over do it - moderate in your eating, portion your meals, exercise like walking up hill or use elliptical trainers, lift weights - and youll be a fat burning machine in no time !

Hi, Good for you, i am glad that you are taking control of your life. It will be hard starting healthy eating and there will be times that you will lapse, but stay positive and always remember why you started your lifestyle change. Ask your doctor for help they will give you healthy eating plans, don't look at it as a diet look at it as healthy living. And also remember you have to eat to lose weight, don't starve yourself. GOOD LUCK...x
I wish you sooooooooo much luck for this! Just one thing, why don't you get checked out at the Dr first - or the instructor at the gym, for health advice before you do anything, your body will find it a shock to suddenly be exercising, and you need to have blood pressure/heart all checked, and then you can work up gradually. I love to hear you sound so positive, and you are being sensible having a 3 step plan, as you won't get it all in a month or so. Please let us all here, know how it's going, and if you need support please email me. Thinking of you...
