You're at a perfectly fine weight and height. You're even a little skinny for your height. Don't diet or anything :) You're fine.
your in normal weight for your age but, its close to being overweight. At like 145 it would be overweight for your body, but your like right in the middle so i wouldn't worry about it that early and just go and live your life. You dont want to be on a diet your whole entire life so you may as well pig out now

This is an ideal weight calculator. It tells you based on your height how much your ideal weight shoulg be.
However, keep in mind that its not completely accurate. You also have to factor in different bone density's and even genetics. Whats good for someone isn't always good for you.
Use it as a guideline, but see your family doctor too. He can tell you a good HEALTHY weight for you to be.

Well, you should start working out whether or not you need to loose weight. It's good for you, and you'll start to feel really good about yourself. Start off small, do a few push ups and jumping jacks when you get up in the morning, eat a healthy breakfast and eat fruits and veggies during the day as snacks. Come home and get your homework outta the way and go for walks around the block or go to the park with friends. Stay active so you don't start gaining excessive weight. If you start to loose weight then you probably needed to loose a little bit. You know your body I don't know if youre naturally "big boned" or if you have a small frame. If you feel like you could loose some weight then go for it. If you start loosing weight and seem to be getting boney then chances are youre loosing too much weight.
Perhaps you can go to a nutrition store and ask for some free advice. On what you can do safely. They'll be more than willing to help you out and give you knowledgeable information.
