30 minutes of running?

i'm 190lbs how much would that burn?
Or, gimme a plan for me to lose weight and burn fat and lose 20lbs in 1 month.

I'm trying to lose 10lbs to get to 175lbs but what i do is run 2-3 miles, on each mile you burn about 100 cals. which is pretty good considering an average adult burns around 1500 cals without exercise. Just make running jogging or running an every day thing and you will reach your goal plus you need to watch what you eat, no snacking but if you must eat it early so you can burn it off during the day. I recommend instead of eating three meals a day, you should eat six small meals and keeping meals 2 hours apart, this is good because it will speed your metabolism up and will cause you to get full, much quicker over a period of time.
