Hey there! First off, DON'T BE DISCOURAGED...There IS hope for you!! I've studied so much on diet and health, and I've also lost a lot of weight! Just follow this plan, and you'll definitely see some changes...These tips will help speed up your weight loss process:
1.) Drink ice cold water fast! Ice cold water makes your body burn fat to heat the ice cold water back up to body temp.
2.) Eat peppered beef jerky! The spices in the beef jerky, can actually speed up your metabolic rate...And also, there's A LOT of protein in beef jerky, which really helps suppress your appetite!!
3.) Kill your cravings! Foods that kill cravings: veggies (raw, preferably), fruits, water, and like I just mentioned...Incorporate lots of protein-enriched foods, like fish, lean meats: chicken (no skin), turkey, and protein bars...Try a brand called, "Pure Protein"...there's 20grams of protein in 1 bar!
4.) Drink green tea! This tea helps to increase your metabolism to burn more fat!! You can drink it cold/bottled, or hot.
5.) Limit carbs! This is an EMERGENCY weight loss trick. If you stop eating carbs. (or limit them) you'll lose an extra 5lbs. or more really quick by burning up all the stored carbs in your body...This is a trick not many people know about, but I've learned from my personal trainer! However, don't stop eating them for the long-term basis, as complex carbs. help to fuel your body, and provide energy! Just limit them.
6.) Exercise in the morning! Do about 30-60 minutes of aerobic activity...If you have the time...do an hour. The reason for working out first thing in the morning--is that your stomach is pretty empty from the night before, so your body is actually forced to feed off the stored fat in your body for energy!
7.) Get in the habit of walking for 10 minutes after you eat! Your body burns the calories to digest the foods you eat,
and if you walk for 10 minutes after you eat, you will increase the amount of calories you burn during digestion! Plus, if you eat 3 times a day...and you walk 10minutes after you eat each time...There's 30minutes of exercise right there!

Well, whatever you're doing right now on your diet, you should do the opposite for a few days. Like if you're having mainly protein try to have some carbs from whole wheat and fruit in decent proportions. Or if you're used to a diet with a lot of variety then try to split the caloric intake in half and spread it over 6 meals.
Basically just try to take order. Set up an eating schedule for the next week ahead of you (with the times of meals, how long they should last in your opinion, what they contain, and how many calories/carbs/grams of protein they have etc) and follow it strictly.
The results will feel effortless.
Keeping an eye on your weight will help loads too.

Get your head on straight, establish reasonable goals, join weight watchers, and gradually increase your activity level.

Cardio 60 minutes six days out of the week. Weight train 3 days for 30 minutes. If you can try and do 30minutes of cardio in the morning then 30 at night or in the afternoon, it helps burn more calories. Also vary the activities. For instance in a gym do twenty minutes on the eliptical machine, twenty on the treadmil, 15 on the stepper, and 15 on a stationary bike or row machine. If you can take some fitness classes in place of machines during the week to mix it up and to make sure you wont get bored.=) hope this helps.
Just eat only complex carbs, no or reduced processsed sugar, lean meat, and lots of veggies. It will make your meals low caloried and yet filling and healthy.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

I hope you check this post for answers because I know the best thing for you to try and you can lose at least 20 pounds in the first month! Not sure if you have heard of this before, but my doctor recommended this to me. It's called Kimkins and they were just featured in Woman’s World magazine! I was on weight watchers for two years with little progress. I have tried everything and this is the only way of eating that has worked for me. I am not one of those who gained weight growing up, nope; I have been overweight and fat since birth. This program is great and there is no special food or products to buy or monthly membership. If you stick to this plan for the time it will take you to lose the weight and you do not cheat, not even once, you will lose allot of weight, even faster than Akins!! I am 5'5 and weigh 135 I am also 28 and have had 3 kids. Also, I don't know what your eating habits are, but it certainly wouldn't hurt for me to tell you that portion is everything. Instead of eating a whole candy bar, eat half of one, hell, eat HALF of everything you eat and you will never have a weight problem.Drink 8 - 10 glasses of water a day, green tea is very good for your body as an antioxidant and help subtly speed up the metabolism. Salads (without fatty dressings and cheese) are very good for you, chicken is the king of meat in my opinion, as long as you don't fry it. Avoid fast food entirely, and walk anywhere you can as often as possible and buy a 10 minute tae bo dvd on ebay. Drink diet sodas and juices (aka - cherry coke zero, sobe lean, crystal light, etc.) avoid sugar, switch to the 100 calorie snack packs, including popcorn. Eat apples, they are very filling! Cheese is an unecessary evil as well, so is milk, if you have to have it, drink the fat free kind. 100 calorie popcorn is a great snack. Eat turkey lunchmeat instead of a whole sandwich, etc. Eating is necessary, over eating is not. I also have a meal shake in place of a meal, I find it incredibly helpful at 3:00 in the afternoon.

Well I found a weight program that teaches you what to eat so your body will burn off the fat. I have lost almost 20 pounds in a little over 3 weeks...they say you will lost 30 pounds in six weeks if you stay on the program.
