How do I firm up my "fly-away" triceps after significant weight loss?


Question:
I've lost over 60 pounds since January and am feeling and looking much, much better; however I've got wings! Big, saggy ones!! Though I've lost major inches everywhere, dropping 5 pant sizes and 4 shirt sizes... my arms still aren't looking so great. They're flabby! Argh!! Yeah, I know it'll take time, but still I'm looking for advice on how to get rid of them, how to reduce the excess skin. All I know is a couple exercises (Tricep Kickbacks, Extensions and Dips), but am hoping someone out there knows more. And not just exercises, but other tricks and encouragement to help with my journey. THANKS!!

skip meals. Eat 2 times per day than 3 times per day
Dont eat until you're full
eat fruits at night if your hungry.
drinks lots of water and stop all the fast food and chocolate.
