Regarding Omega-3 supplements made with fish oil, if you are allergic to shrimp, are Omega-3's safe to use?

Question:

Answers:
i wouldnt use them. you dont know what kind of fish they are using. just use flax seed oil instead.
Omega 3 is important, but there are better ways to get it. Look for Omega-3 supplemented eggs at your grocer, and buy flax seed oil or flax capsules; they contain just as much Omega-3 from a plant source.
